Our Research and Development organization is looking for highly motivated people who will help Calabrio advance the software to the next level of quality and scalability by designing, implementing, and testing our products in the most efficient way.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a quality assurance engineer at Calabrio you will work closely with both the members of your development team and the other testers in the QA guild. You will be surrounded by peers who trust each other and encourage you to try without the fear of failing.
All teams work together with the product owners and customers to turn their ideas and requirements into high-quality applications. As a quality assurance engineer, you will participate in all phases of the process, from user story review and design to release of new versions and follow-up with customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Discuss the impact map with the product owner, to understand the value we want to deliver to our customers.
Work closely with your development team to make sure that all functionality is sufficiently tested and provide quick feedback to the developers.
Actively seek out opportunities to automate our quality assurance processes.
Continuously improve the way we work, with the help of the team’s Agile Coach.
Work with testers in other teams to exchange best practices and perform pair or mob testing.



WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO APPLY?
You have solid knowledge of how to plan, perform and report test work.
You have experience in testing web applications.
You are familiar with SQL server (databases).
You have experience in test automation.
You are happy to try out new tools and are always keeping up to date with the latest trends within testing and quality assurance.
You believe in test-driven development.
You thrive working in a team where everyone’s opinion is valued.
You are fluent in English (Swedish is not a requirement).
Experience in working with cloud services (Azure) and container deployments is advantageous.
