As Lime continues to grow, we want to improve the quality and customer focus of our products. As the first step in that direction, we are introducing a new position. We are looking for our very first Release Manager with a focus on product quality improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Make the release process silky smooth
Plan and release continuous product enhancements, minor as well as major, across all products. You will work in tight collaboration with the Software Engineering teams as well as all our Product Managers and Marketing department to make sure that our releases are highly successful.
- Integrate product quality into our software development process
Define quality goals based on customer needs, uptime, performance, usability, or security.
Set up and manage processes to validate quality through automated, internal, or customer testing.
- Validate key product enhancements with customers
Form and execute Beta testing initiatives, together with customers and internal stakeholders
- Deepen the customer understanding
Plan and execute training and collaborations to deepen the Software Engineering team's understanding of customers and their requirements.
Our main stack
- Our backend runs Python and the application is built using Flask
- We use TypeScript in our frontend and use web components a lot. We also have some Angular leftovers.
- Our infrastructure is built with AWS, Docker, and GitHub Actions
We have a lightweight process using the latest Agile techniques with stable feature cycles and no deadlines.

Experience-wise, we are looking for a tech-savvy, quality-conscious Project Manager/ Test Engineer/ Test Leader/ QA or similar.
