We are now looking for a new colleague who, together with our management teams, helps us leverage our Quality in projects, processes and products. You will be part of Process Industries Northern Europe, a Division within ABB Process Automation that delivers complete electrical and automation solutions, industry-specific products and life cycle services to customers in mines, pulp and paper, metal, aluminum and cement. With new digital solutions, we help customers further improve their productivity, security and operating costs. A large part of our employees work on customers' sites with development, installation, commissioning and service. We operate in several countries with customer sites in all industries.
In the position of Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager you will lead the local division’s quality work, focusing on sustainability, culture and deliverables. It is a business integrated role where a structured approach, quality-centric and service mindset comes well into play. Your responsibilities
Lead the local division Quality and Continuous Improvement function.
Drive and follow up Quality performance.
Manage continuous improvements program.
Coordinate and drive quality issue resolution.
Support organization with project and process quality expertise.
Perform quality lead towards business partners and other stakeholders.
Maintain and develop Integrated Management System (IMS) and other core tools for Quality function.
As process owner for selected areas create long term development.
Carry out and be responsible for internal and external audit programs.
Represent Process Industries in company wide networks in Quality related area.

Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree from engineering, business or another for example sustainability.
Experience from Quality Management in large organizations.
Strong understanding of project and product quality practices.
Service-minded personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience of Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
You thrive in a diverse workplace and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and being involved in all different parts of our business (from production to projects).
