Passionate and dynamic, flexible and customer-focused personality.. University graduate with degree in process/chemical/food engineering (preferred) . Language - Excellent English and one Nordic language, both written and spoken.. Previous experience of Food processes and Food safety desirable.. Effective communication with internal and external partners as well as presentation skills..Ability to work independently and in teams .Your responsibilities: .Key communication link between production and central quality department . Support production department in all areas of quality .Initiation and implementation of preventative and corrective actions .Verify the performance and effectiveness of the systems in place to ensure process control . Member of the HACCP team and verifying effectiveness of the Critical Control Point controls . Training of operators for quality related subjects . Drive actions to reduce consumer complaints
