Quality engineer / Deviation investigator to Envirotainer

Envirotainer is the world-leader in secure cold chain logistics solutions, and manufactures active temperature-controlled container solutions for air transportation.



As part of Envirotainer’s work with continuous improvements, we receive incident reports and complaints from our customers, Customer Queries, for investigations and corrective actions. The work takes place in a multicultural environment with customers, investigators and support staff spread across the globe. As quality engineer and deviation investigator you will work in a cross functional organization characterized by analytical work both independently and in teams with other quality engineers. The work will give you, in a broad perspective, good knowledge of Envirotainer’s products and processes and can be a good base for future career opportunities within the company.



Working as a deviation investigator you will:

• Receive and make a preliminary classification of deviations and Customer Queries.
• Forward investigative assignments to investigators in the line organization.
• Manage complex investigations.
• Interview relevant people who can contribute to finding the causes of deviations and errors.
• Evaluate procedures, products and other sources of errors.
• Follow up the corrective measures.
You will be a part of a team of quality engineers and report to the Head of Reliability. The work is localized to Envirotainer’s product development and manufacturing facility in Rosersberg, where we are about 90 people distributed in developing and manufacturing.



Qualifications:

• Engineer BSc degree or similar.
• 2-5 years experience of analytical work, preferably with technical troubleshooting.
• Very good communication skills in English, both in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.

You have a strong personal integrity, are full of initiative, is easy to work with and enjoy a multicultural environment. You are service minded, result oriented and used to handle many tasks at the same time.
