Quality Management Specialist

Huawei Technologies Sweden AB is looking for a Quality Management Specialist to their office in Kista, Stockholm.


Responsibilities:
Support the achievement of operational business objectives of the management department.
Improve EHS lab management based on local legal requirements and business requirements. Maintain the company's EHS (environmental, occupational health and safety) management system.
Organize internal audits and external audits and certifications of interfaces.
Effectively promote laboratory operation and management. Drive continuous improvement.



Requirements:
Degree in Business Economics/Business Management/Electronic information engineering or other relevant qualification.
Minimum of 2 years relevant practical experience as operating officer, EHS specialist, Quality Management ort related role.
Able to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally and externally in decision-making and problem-solving.
Familiar with the knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance and legal issues relevant in the operational area.
Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken) & Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Independent, well-organized and structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
