Our client is an industrial producer of cookies and pastry, and one of the production sites of the Belgian group Poppies International.

They are now looking for a Quality Manager for their production site based in Ekeby, only 15 km outside Helsingborg.

Arbetsbeskrivning
Your role:

- You are responsible for the development and maintenance of the quality system based on GMP, HACCP and quality management.
- You are responsible for the implementation of our quality system and the continuous management of the standards IFS and BRC.
- You control the product during the production process, from raw material to end product.
- You perform quality-related routine checks such as glass checks, hygiene checks, cleaning checks
- You perform internal audits and are responsible for external audits by customers, government and certification bodies.
- You ensure the release and blocking of incoming goods and finished products.
- You are responsible for the HACCP release of new products and processes.
- You calculate ingredients and nutritional values of end products.
- You manage the product specifications for internal and external use of raw materials and end products.
- You control the new packaging.
- You follow up the action and improvement plans.
- You handle customer and supplier complaints.
- You organize the pest control.
- You report to the Plant Manager and the Quality Assurance Director of the Poppies International group.



Utbildning
We believe that you have a relevant education in
- Food science/ chemistry/ bio chemistry/ microbiology or similar.



Erfarenhet
We also believe that you have

- Experience from working in a similar quality role before and experience from working with quality systems
- Experience from working in the food industry or in a food company


Personliga kvalifikationer
We are looking for an independent co-worker who is ambitious as well as goal and task oriented. You take big responsibility for your work and this is something we will look for.
Off course you are a good team player and willing to cooperate with your co-workers and the people you report to.
You speak swedish and have goodknowledge of the English language.
