In this exciting role as Quality Manager for Power Transformers, you will play an important part in shaping the quality performance in our unit and for our products. We are continuously improving our processes where one part is digitalization, and we are looking for you who can contribute to this area. You will manage a skilled team of professionals all working together to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization.
You will be part of the management team for Power Transformers and report directly to the unit manager, making your everyday work both challenging and stimulating!
Your responsibilities
Manage, support, and motivate your team
Evaluate established ways of working, identify areas with improvement potential, and work with continuous improvement, one area is digitalization
Participate in development of the long-term quality strategy for the line organization
Act as the bridge between the global quality management team and the local team
Overall responsibility for ISO 9000 and other certificates that's important for the factory
Manage and improve the quality control plan for the products and processes
Ensure that our final assembly test room standards are suitable for word class production
Be an active member of the local management team

Your background
You are a leader who has the ability to inspire & coach others. If you have manager experience it is a plus.
To thrive in this position, we believe you are enthusiastic, analytical, structured and have good communication skills.
Ideally, you hold degree a in engineering or similar and have work experience in manufacturing environment
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
Knowledge of Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Lean SixSigma or similar is considered a plus
