What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for the coordination and management of all Quality issues within EMEA such as Workshop operations quality, minimizing repeat visits, product related issues management and follow-up. You will be the voice of the markets towards Volvo’s HQ organizations such as Car Service Business, CX, Retailer & Business Development. You’ll secure implementation of centrally lead initiatives, projects and fulfillment of service business objectives, identify and drive improvements.

You will also:
•    Drive Service Business agenda in EMEA markets
•    Work with markets to search for improvement opportunities in coordination with Car Service Business and Global Quality.
•    Coordinate and follow-up action plans with the respective markets
•    Coordination & implementation of centrally driven projects to the EMEA markets
•    Support markets in addressing quality issues to the right audience.

Do you fit the profile?
•    BS degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA is an asset.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must. Any additional language is an asset.
•    8+ years’ work experience. Experience in the Service Business is beneficial 
•    2-3 years management experience
•    Analytical thinking skills
•    High level of commercial understanding, business acumen
•    Proven project management, planning and business development record
•    High level of coordination and communication skills
