About the Assignment
We are looking for a Quality Manager with strong ISO 9001 expertise to drive and coordinate certification retention and quality improvements in a structured operational excellence environment. In this role, you will lead and support audits, manage findings and corrective actions, and contribute to the development of the Quality Module within the Operational Excellence system.
Job DescriptionDrive and coordinate activities for ISO 9001 certification retention in collaboration with sectors/streams, aligned with the ISO certification strategy
Ensure required internal and external audits are planned, reported, and followed up in relevant tools
Drive closure of external audit findings with the ISO certification body, including transferring findings between audit systems
Manage audit findings and corrective actions as assigned
Act as lead auditor for extended internal audits and support external audits when needed
Lead or participate in Operational Excellence System Quality Module assessments
Consolidate sectors/streams management review outputs for top management review reporting
Perform data analysis related to quality indicators (e.g., audit indicators) as requested
Support sectors/streams in their understanding and application of ISO 9001
Drive projects and initiatives aligned with the Operational Excellence plan
Contribute to defining and improving the Quality Module of the Operational Excellence system
Help ensure key quality and audit tools are maintained and available to uphold accreditation
RequirementsExperience driving and coordinating activities for ISO certification retention
Experience with ISO 9001
Experience leading audits for ISO 9001 and Quality Module assessments
Experience managing audit findings and corrective actions
Experience in data analysis related to quality indicators
Experience with project management
Experience with tools such as DOT, Next Gen Audit Tool, and ISO Performance BI dashboard
