Job Description:

- measure and value the work done on site

- Review Records

- Reporting

- Assistance in the preparation of Main Contract Invoice

- Maintenance of Claim and VO Logs

- Valuation of Vos

- Negotiation of Vos

- Preparation of Claim Quantum (money)

- Assistance in the assessment of the Time Impact

- Assistance in the preparation of Claim narrative

- Assistance for subcontract administration

Knowledge and skills (Minimum Educational and Professional level to handle the function. This covers also key competencies expected to handle the role efficiently.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Min. 10 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction

- Experience in Main Contracts and subcontractors

Key Skills and Knowledge:

- Fluent in English

- Computer literate, skilled in excel

- Good communication skills

- Flexible on assignments
