Product Development Unit Radio (PDU Radio) drives the end-to-end research and development of Ericsson’s radio products and solutions.
We are a global organization, within Development Unit Networks (DNEW), of approximately 3,000 engineers and developers collaborating across nine sites in Canada, China, and Sweden to drive Ericsson’s strategy of securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G.

About Operational Development
The Operational Development Unit focuses on strategy, transformation and operational excellence in the PDU, leading operational development and long-term strategic improvements to drive efficiency and continuous improvements across PDU Radio.
The role will be based in Sweden and may require travel to other PDU Radio sites in Sweden, China and Canada.


What you will do
Drive and coach continuous improvements within RA Remote Radio aiming towards increased efficiency, e2e flow optimization and improved quality
Drive RA Remote OPeM (Operational Performance Management) dialog
Drive RA Remote alignment with PDU Radio Governance Areas and Change Programs and support implementation of improvement initiatives
Manage and leverage administrative data in support of data driven decision making
Drive WoW dialogues, support continuous improvements to processes & wow in alignment with other Radio RAs and DNEW
Drive Knowledge Sharing and Learning within the RA
Coordinate improvements in communication with regards to RA-led activities



You will bring
Proven experience within R&D and solid track record as a leader and change agent, preferably in Networks
Experience working according to Lean and Agile and genuine interest in driving continuous improvement at scale
High degree of flexibility and willingness to challenge individuals and teams fostering an innovative and learning culture
Strong stakeholder management, effective communication, influence and ability to collaborate across organization borders
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
