MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the in-depth Network Element technical support for the RNC or related equipment in the Network Operation. Correct RNC faults and performance degradations in the managed network Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Nokia equipment Some experience in operating telecommunication networks Some experience in team building Some experience in communicating with different groups/teams PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Analytical and conceptual thinking Collaboration skills Customer service orientation Integrity and credibility Planning and organizing skills Problem solving skills BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION: This Position is part of the Managed Services organisation in Sweden.
