R&D Controller

Inom vår uthyrningsverksamhet söker vi för ett långt uppdrag en R&D controller. Uppdraget sträcker sig från oktober 2006 till januari 2008 ca. As an R&D controller your main area of responsibility will be to manage the R&D planning process which involves quarterly project, resource and capacity reviews. This work will be carried out in close collaboration with marketing, project leaders and line managers. You will also be in charge of coordinating the department's annual budget work (including our global sites, and patent budget), manage and coordinate the R&D investment budget, including pay-off estimates. Your tasks also include supporting our leadership team and project managers in planning and managing by monitoring accounts, providing relevant information and analyses concerning finance and resources. You will have extensive internal and external contacts mainly with the companys sites in Russia and in the USA. You will be reporting directly to the Vice President of Engineering and have a dotted line to the Financial Manager. To be eligible for this position you should have a relevant academic degree in Economics /Finance/Business as well as professional experience from a finance department or similar position. As a person, we believe that you like working in a dynamic and fast growing international organization. You are motivated, structured and flexible and can deal well with high work loads. You have the interest and ability to grasp the challenges of our business, and like finding practical solutions. You have good planning and organisation capacity, and the ability to focus attention to both details and the big picture. You need to have good computer knowledge, especially in Excel and excellent communications skills, both written and spoken Swedish and English. A driver's license is required.
