About the position
Lindab contributes with products and services to provide better indoor climate, simplified construction and more sustainable buildings. As a part of Lindab Group, we have Spiro International, who is a market leading and technology driven worldwide machine provider. We have a global presence with our solutions for ventilation industry. Spiro International SA with Headquarter and production in Switzerland is now making a major investment in Sweden, where we recently have begun the journey of building a new R&D center based on the beautiful Bjäre Peninsula. This will be an exciting journey where you as R&D manager will work close together with existing team members, to build and shape this. Together with your team you will invent and develop new technical products that will contribute to Spiro International’s strong position in the market. You will recruit parts of your future team where you will become a manager with personnel responsibilities of approx. 5 people. The role is placed in Grevie/Båstad and requires some traveling from time to time.

Not everything will be in place from day one and we think that you are a person who finds that motivating and challenging. You must have the ability to navigate and run a small business in a large organization.

we are looking for you who are communicative, a team player and with a down to earth approach. You like to “dig in” and have a prestigeless way of working. You enjoy working in a project-based environment with a clear start and finish line, where you drive forward in a structured way.
Since much of your work depends on what others do, we also place great emphasis on your leadership skills, that you can operate and develop the business through other people. You lead and create good conditions by inspiring with good examples. You will operate in an international arena, hence we believe that you have experience from working in a multicultural environment and that you find it stimulating. You are fluent in Swedish and English.

You have great passion and interest in technology, with senior experience from a leading position with corresponding tasks and responsibilities. Most likely you are a civil-, design or mechanical engineer. We find it meritorious if you have experience as a consultant- or consultant manager with personnel responsibilities. Experience from the manufacturing industry and thin sheet metal are also meritorious.
