Assignment Description:
We are looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager
What You Will Work On:
Lead R&D projects through the Product Development Process (PDP)
Plan project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Balance scope, cost, time, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
Identify and manage risks proactively
Drive stakeholder alignment and report project progress
Foster strong team collaboration and team spirit
Ensure project goals are met within defined targets

What You Bring:
Experience managing medium to large R&D or product development projects
Background in engineering (BSc or MSc, preferably Mechanical Engineering)
Experience in industrial product development
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage risks and drive delivery in complex environments
Solution-oriented, flexible, and results-driven mindset
Fluent English communication skills
