Regus Group Plc is the world's leading provider of professional ready-to-use workplaces.The Regus Group Network includes 950 business centres in 70 countries.Regus employs over 4,000 persons and serves more than 100,000 customers worldwide.Each Regus centre includes a mix of offices, meeting rooms and common areas (copy-point, cyber cafe, kitchen.).For one of our Business Centres in Oslo, we are looking for a Receptionist.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for: - Delivering Regus Customer Service Standards to all Regus Clients - Acting as point of contact for all internal client requests - Meet, greet and take client calls to Regus Standards - Up sell Regus Products and Services - Ensure Centre Facilities are clean and to Regus standards at all times - Ensure clients requirements are met - Order catering from suppliers and delivering to clients - Provide secretarial and concierge services to clients - Deal with post; outgoing mail and faxes for clients - Take bookings for meeting rooms from clients - Ensure meetings rooms are set up with correct equipment - Ensure all billing information captured correctly, and produce client invoices - Liaise with clients for all telecom and IT requests - Report faults and maintenance issues. Applicants should have a first customer service experience in a busy environment (ideally in hotel industry), a good working - knowledge of Microsoft Office, an excellent time management and prioritization skills. Norwegian/Swedish and English are required.
