Jeppesen is seeking a Receptionist to our office in Göteborg. "First impressions last".Therefore, you will be a very important person at the Jeppesen office.You will greet visitors and callers.You will assist with travel bookings and arrange visits, meetings, conferences and other events.You will support all employees and handle mail distribution and other office duties.The position is for 16 months, starting April 14, 2009. Your profile You have thorough experience from working in a reception and enjoy the role as 'allt-i-allo'.You are positive, extrovert, flexible and unpretentious.You can easily (and correctly) communicate in both Swedish and English.You are responsible and can take initiatives.You are organized and a skilled administrator.We are looking for a person who likes to work in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment, and who enjoys acting as a representative for the company.You will be a key person focusing on providing a high level of service to both visitors and employees. Qualifications Computer experience and Experience of working in a reception is required.Experience from hotel reception is desirable.We value your personality - especially your ability to cooperate, plan and organize - highly.
