Arbetsbeskrivning
Responsibilities:
- Operate the central telephone switchboard (receiving & transferring calls, taking messages);
- Provide general information to callers and visitors related to the immigration, public affairs and commercial programs;
- Assist the Consular Officer by providing assistance and information to Canadians;
- Assist the Consular Officer in coordinating the issuance of passports;
- Provide official travel services to the mission;
- Provide secretarial and translation services to the Administration Officer.
Qualifications:
Candidates have to be fluent in written and spoken English, French and Swedish. They must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Initiative, resourcefulness, dependability are a must. Strong interpersonal skills are essential and knowledge of basic computer function such as Microsoft Office and WordPerfect is an asset. Candidates should preferably have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
