Job Description

Your main responsibilities include:
Managing our Head Office reception with a service minded attitude, always with the visitor (staff or external) in focus.
Ensuring a nice workplace by making sure the office is tidy, welcoming, and inspiring.
Ensuring that the office lives up to set standards and regulations by managing routines for cleaning, deliveries, security, evacuation and other processes.
Provide a high level of support to staff and visitors in topics related to the office.
Assist in certain administrative tasks connected to invoicing, internal communication, IT, onboarding, and other areas based on business needs.
Ensuring efficient and cost-conscious suppliers to secure Office operations.
Coordinate/support in projects to drive engagement in the workplace such as kick offs, sample sales and celebrations.

To be successful in this role we also see that you:
Have experience in working within the service/hospitality sector.
Experience in administration and good knowledge of working in Office 365 programs is meriting.
Are passionate about giving service and providing support to others.
Have a flexible, prestige-less, and problem-solving attitude.
Have a good ability to plan and structure your work.
Enjoy taking your own initiatives and full ownership to constantly improve and develop your areas of responsibility.
Are able to communicate in a clear way and have very good verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Information
The job is placed in our Head Office in Gothenburg and a full-time permanent position assignment.
