As a Recruiter at E.ON you will work closely with our committed recruiting managers and recruitment team, competent HR Business Partners and be a part of a global organisation currently driving an energy revolution. We believe that we can contribute to this revolution with a strategic partnership with managers, a willingness to become better every day as well as creating the most inclusive candidate experience possible.

You will be a part of the Recruitment team, consisting of 3 internal recruiters and 3 external recruitment consultants. We are equally motivated to create successful recruitments, improving our processes and way of working, while also having a lot of fun!

In our team we have developed a new structured process but are definitely looking forward to listening to your ideas for improvements. Your main task is to attract and evaluate the right candidates and provide a helpful yet challenging partner to our managers. In detail, this means creating inclusive job advertisements, conducting competency-based interviews and tests as well as conducting security interviews for positions across E.ON in Sweden.

Linda Persson is Team Lead for Recruitment. She has a background within Recruitment and is passionate about talents, development and feedback. Linda is genuine in her interest for her team and her leadership is characterized by helping and motivating us in finding new ways to improve ourselves, the team and E.ON.
