POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for providing successful solutions to employee and industrial relations issues based on employment law expertise.
- Manage and resolve employee and industrial relations enquiries and cases raised by employees and managers.
-Providing successful solutions to resourcing issues based on recruitment expertise. Applying functional knowledge, experience and judgement to achieve solutions which support delivery of cost effective, accurate and timely transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate employee and industrial relations advice to line managers, employees and HR based on Electrolux policies, employment legislation and local practice agreements.
- Support business change processes, calculating people cost impact of change, monitoring the change process and providing support to communications.
- Act in accordance with global employee and industrial relations policies and practices and any specific country policies. Provide Centre of Expertise with information on changing country requirements and legislation.
- Support managers and employees throughout employee relations case, providing advice and support
- Support managers and HRBP with administration regarding collective employee relations.
- Manage recruitment enquiries and campaigns. Find, select and match candidates to roles to meet the business resource plan needs.
- Manage resourcing process to meet business demand.
- Support managers in completing job requisitions.Maintain an up to date talent database.
- Manage candidate throughout the recruitment process (screen applications, interviews, reference checks).
- Liaise with third party providers.
- Provide accurate recruitment advice (sourcing options and respective costs, job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, role profiles) to line managers and HR based on Electrolux policies, employment legislation and local practice agreements.
- Provide Center of Expertise with information on changing country requirements and legislation.
