MSX International is a global company with 6000 employees in 25 countries where our business is to supply services to the global automotive industry.MSX International provides solutions within the business, engineering and human capital area.We now need cover for a maternity leave in our team in Gothenburg with a new member in the human capital area, were we provide a management service to our customer Volvo Cars Corporation (VCC) and their suppliers about 60 consultant companies in Sweden and the UK.MSX administrates the purchase of consultant labor using a system called b2bBuyer. You are going to fill the following position and join a small multitasking team and play an important role in the purchase process providing great service to our customer and suppliers.Function: Recruitment and Supplier Relations Assistant Department: Human Capital Management Services (HCMS) Your main responsibilities will be different administrative duties as for example: Provide assistance and guidance to all system users over the phone Assist the recruitment coordinator with reviewing CVs, and placing new consultants when needed Create reports to the customer and suppliers upon request Administrate the system Follow-up on timesheets monthly Create and send out communications to all system users in English and Swedish Administrate different projects when needed Update titles and job descriptions in b2b with the customer Schedule interviews with the suppliers on manager's request We believe that you are a service minded and a highly organized person who pays great attention to details.You enjoy working in a team as well as independently.To be able to make our team stronger you need the following skills and experiences: Great customer service skills Outstanding communication skills Excellent communications skills oral and in writing Be able to multi-task under high volume pressure Fluent in speaking/writing English and Swedish.Great knowledge of the office package We prefer that you have some university experience or other higher education Working hours: Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm with one-hour lunch break between 11.30 and 12.30.
