As the Recruitment Delivery Manager, you will be a part of the Recruitment & Onboarding team supporting our global functions. You will drive efficient, effective, and consistent execution of Recruitment activities for Group Functions to attract and recruit talents. You will lead a team of Recruiters and ensure candidate experiences are aligned with the IKEA brand.
WHAT DO I BECOME A PART OF?
In your role as Recruitment Delivery Manager, you will lead recruitment strategy and agenda to ensure a great candidate experience and successful talent acquisition. In order to achieve that, you will lead and develop a team of Recruiters, build manageable talent pools, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline to fulfill all job requests. You will lead data analysis and identification of process improvements for the recruitment function and also follow up performance to ensure quality and quantity goals are met. You will ensure alignment with assigned role sourcing strategies, consult and influence Steering Managers and Hiring Managers, and foster and manage effective relations with stakeholders within the Group Function organisation. Together with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion team, you will also secure a broad diverse work force as well as us being an attractive employer.

We are looking for you who are passionate about people and love recruitment – as such you have extensive experience within Recruitment & Sourcing preferably in global organizations, with some years leading teams in a multinational environment. You are an expert in the talent acquisition field with professional insights on candidate behaviours and labour market trends. You know how to best implement plans to attract, develop and retain talents effectively according to set budgets and goals. You are strong at both collaborating with stakeholders and leading teams and projects in the unknown across functions – it’s comfortable for you to adjust your leadership style depending on needs and situations. Last but not least, you enjoy working in a vibrant and fast changing multidimensional environment and the mix of both tactical and operational thinking.
