Your role within our great Kingdom

High-quality Recruitment Research is key to our future recruiting success, enabling us to build talent pools of candidates for key roles and provide a suite of global services which would include talent pooling, market mapping, market research, competitor & trend analysis to support our in-house recruiters and the wider business.

Skills to create thrills

You have great passion for recruitment and research. You will likely have a proven track record as a Researcher or a candidate sourcer in an In-house or recruitment /search firm environment. Other skills include:

Detailed knowledge and understanding of talent pool technologies and applicant tracking systems
Tenacity and resilience
Strong and confident communicator, with flawless written and verbal English
Confident personality
Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing data
Highly familiar with MS Office applications
Ideally from a Tech environment with International research experience
Degree educated (or equivalent)
