We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Örebro. The Talent Acquisition Team in the Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics works with employer branding, recruitment and onboarding, and are located in Örebro and Prague. We are engaged team members with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values. As a Recruitment Specialist and in collaboration with the team, managers and HR you will be responsible for:
Driving the recruitment process all way from needs to on-boarding and bringing support and advice to hiring managers
Creating adverts, advertised in relevant job portals, channels and social media
Create Pipelines and search candidates
Interviewing, verifying references and comparing qualifications
Conducting assessments tests
Securing an amazing candidate experience
Preparing job offers according to the established salary ranges and benefits close to HR and managers
Developing the core recruitment process and ways of working for attracting talents
In the role, you will continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies. You will be working at our main office located in Örebro, where we have flexible workplaces, newly built offices and a lots of creative and pleasant meeting areas.

Are you our candidate?
You are committed to finding the best candidates to become part of Epiroc. Apart from enjoying all aspects of collaboration, you are enthusiastic about recruitment trends and sourcing methods, which being a team-player, you enjoy sharing with your colleagues. You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business administration or similar.
You should have minimum 5 years of experience working with recruitment and experience of using innovative research, sourcing methods and networking for finding candidates. We also see that you have previous experience from assessment tool and used to work in HR systems that supports the process and your daily work. You have established skills in LinkedIn Recruiter and knowledge in other sourcing tools.
It is meritorious if you have worked with recruitments of roles in the industry, IT-business and/or Managerial positions in a global organization. You have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish and English.
