About the role
As an intern in our finance department, you would play an important support role to the small finance team. Here, you would have a close collaboration with your colleagues within the finance department, but also with other parts of the organization, such as Sales and HR. We have just started to build up a new structure within Finance to improve the quality and efficiency of our work, where you will help and have the opportunity to learn about how to structure and build a Finance organisation. In this internship, you will learn more how to handle daily accounting as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable, time reporting- and expense system, payroll, collectability, tax declaration and monthly closing tasks. Quickspin may be a Swedish company, but we are multi-cultural and use English as our company language. We are flexible with the length of the internship* (unpaid) but would like a minimum of 4 weeks up to 6 months period.
To succeed in the internship, we would like you to;
Be finished or current studying a degree within Business/Economics (or have equivalent work experience)
Be fluent in both written and spoken Swedish as well as English
Have an interest in finance and payroll!
