We are now looking for a Regional Alliance Lead to take care of acquisition, development and management of all corporate strategic partnerships and alliances in the Nordics. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Working and coordinating between various time zones can be expected as well as travel in the region to maintain and build relationships with the partners.


KEY RESPONSILITIES
The primary responsibility is the acquisition, development and management of all corporate strategic partnerships and alliances. This position requires an innovative, transformational leader to oversee the strategic partnerships and relationships for the enterprise. Responsible for the development and management of all corporate strategic partnerships and alliances.
· Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team to align on the business roadmap, identification of incremental opportunities, build analytic-based strategic plans and drive actionable decisions.
· Tell/sell the story” throughout the organization to gain support and alignment for the strategy and fuel execution fulfillment by account teams based in UK and Europe.
· Drive the business by consistently achieving and exceeding partnership sales goals and objectives along with uncovering incremental business that supports B2B verticals including Media, Retail, Banking, Financial institutes Transportation, Travel etc.
· Work with the legal department to properly document/contract all commitments
· Collaborate internally and externally to build specific GTM plans and joint execution commitment
· Identify and expose best practices for GTM across specific targeted countries
· Identify opportunities through partners and bring them into the sales pipeline
· Work partner driven opportunities, in collaboration with account executives and sales engineers until close
· Create and implements strategies to drive lead creation and opportunity generation
· Build and execute sales and marketing strategies to engage partners and drive opportunities.
· Manage and expand existing partner relationships as well as seeking out new ones
· Develop business plans with each partner and ensure their successful execution
· Coordinate with partners on events, talks, and other marketing events
· Work with marketing team on events to establish tone, direction, content, and logistics
· Monitor CRM activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries
· Facilitate internal and partner discussions around operational and implementation considerations
· Lead sales enablement activities
· Evaluate partner results and revises approach or recommends changes to partner structure
PROFILE
You are expected to have 13+ years of experience in IT and an MBA or equivalent is considered an advantage. Furthermore, you have:
· Ability to write and communicate in English with different regions.
· excellent communication skills to engage with the senior leadership.
· technical competence to understand and sell solutions.
· ability to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to connect with Sr. Leadership in internal and partner organizations
· Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
· Conflict management capabilities
· Ability to train associates on applicable sales and partner solutions.
