Transcom WorldWide is a rapidly expanding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution provider, with 73 sites employing more than 16,000 people delivering services from 29 countries.The company provides CRM solutions for companies in a wide range of industry sectors, including telecommunications and e-commerce, travel & tourism, retail, financial services and utilities.Transcom offers clients a broad array of relationship management services, including inbound communication; telemarketing and outbound; Administrative Tasks; Web servicing; CRM Consultancy Service; Contract Automation; Credit Management Service; Legal Services; and Interpretation Services.Client programs are tailor-made and range from single applications to complex programmes, which are offered on a country-specific or international basis in up to 33 languages.Regional Financial Controller - Sweden The Regional Financial Controller (RFC) will report to the CFO of Transcom WorldWide.The RFC will be based in Sweden with daily contact with the Regional Manager and other operational members of that region.The RFC will be part of the regional management team.The RFC will provide the tools for management to make decisions about the business and ensure integrity in the analysis. The right person can and will develop this role significantly depending on their ability, leading to promotions within the organization.Key responsibilities To report to the management the company's P&L and the Business Unit's P&L and analyse any deviations from forecast To support the operational teams with timely and accurate management accounting and performance reporting To be the link between the accounts team (in Luxembourg) and the business units Review the current SGA costs -help the business to reduce these costs To assist any financial due diligence of proposed acquisitions of companies and portfolios To assist in project work as needed e.g.in relation to tax review and treasury To work with other RFC to identify and share best practices You need very good analytical skills, with good financial modelling skills.You should also be comfortable working on your own and managing your own time.You must have the ability to bring up new ideas and implement these Excellent people skills are required as you will be working with many people in different countries.Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English.The location is Karlskoga, Sweden.
