Regional Manager - IT Infrastructure

We are looking for a Regional Manager ? IT Infrastructure, to lead a team of sales and presales consultants and be responsible for unit level growth and profit targets. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell large Outsourcing Contracts which has a major component of IT Infrastructure Services to new and existing TCS customers.
Position TCS as a thought leader in IT Infrastructure Services while interacting with Advisors, Analysts and prospective customers.
Effectively manage a multi cultural team working in sales and pre sales in multiple countries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 15 years of experience in the IT IS (IT Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing, Managed Services industry
Having a good understanding and experience of working with Offshore (India) based companies.
Should have lead a team and have signed large outsourcing contracts in IT Infrastructure Services
Competitive knowledge about different service providers to create a successful pursuit strategy
Experience in leading sales of large infrastructure outsourcing contracts
Excellent written and oral communication in English
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
