When I got the opportunity to make more sales, strategically I could drive the customers and Knightec to grow, create and change for the better. For me, it's essential to evolve and find new ways of working. I believe that the path to success, achieving great results and innovation is emphasized by teamwork and culture where we constantly develop! I will give advice when you need it and help the team stay with the plan even when it feels tough. What you will do
You will be the Regional Manager for Technology East, and you will lead seven leaders and six technical advisors. Technology East's offices are located in Solna and Uppsala. We are around 100 employees in Technology East with competencies in Mechanical Engineering, User-Centric Design, Electrification, Technical Architecture, and Circular Product Development. We work cross-functional in the management teams to have the best offer to our partners and cross-functional over our business units to create the best teams for the projects, always thinking One Knightec. Your responsibility is to evolve our business to even more cross-functional projects to create One Knightec. Together with the rest of the regional managers in Technology, you will elaborate a solid offer in the field of our service areas: User-Centric Design, Circular Product Development och Electrification.
