Regional Sales Manager - CIS
In this role, you will be crafting and delivering the strategy for profitable growth in the region, including grow the SKF business in all product lines in the region. Furthermore you will be responsible to drive profitable growth in CIS- sub regions by achieving business results in line with SKF & NEEMEA strategic framework, through a team of front-line Sales Professionals.
What you can expect in the role
· Formulate and implement OEM-End user, distributor growth strategy
· Drive distributor performance, set targets for distributors and jointly work with them to achieve the targets
· Map business potential & growth opportunities and ensure customer & product mapping, market intelligence and competitor analysis
· Develop the business with emerging segments and establish strong customer relationship in the market
· Champion value selling and engage in business & contract negotiations with customers, and coach frontline sales force to drive action plans derived from business strategies
· Ensure management of right cost levels for improving Business performance, and be responsible for the cash flow and outstanding payments collection from distributors and the customers
· Undertake annual and monthly sales forecasting for facilitating capacity booking

What we are looking for
· Ample experience in managing distribution networks and sales through OEM- end users- distribution/dealers/stockiest channel
· Previous experience from working in sales in and with the CIS region
· Proven track-record from successfully leading business and teams
· University degree within the area of Mechanical Engineering
· Strong business acumen with solid influencing skills

A post-graduation in management will be considered a plus.
This position is located in Gothenburg Sweden, and reports to Director, Sales CEEMEA.
