Mission

Develop Schneider Electric Nordic market shares into EV Battery Factories segment. Strong contributor to this objective will be thought leadership, C-level engagement and deep understanding of Schneider Ecostruxure Power, Plants Softwares & Sustainability services value proposition. Platforming & identification of key opportunities in the zone. Pursuit of major EVB Batteries factories projects in the Nordic zone. Be the Sustainability advisor of Automotive & EVB Factories industry in the Nordics.

Key Tasks & area of Responsibilities

Manage Strategic accounts and Segments through deep customer relationships and value propositions
Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric Energy management offers, solutions and services to EV Battery factories end users
Influence & Sell to key targeted EVB Factory end users in the zone.
Prescribe Ecostruxure Power offers & related energy management softwares.
Promote key target Ecostruxure Plant offers and related Softwares
Promote Schneider electric Sustainability services
Map and influence the key electrical contractors & EPC involved and Process OEMs into the EV Battery factory segment.


Working Relations

Working closely with the Power Systems Zone VP, PS Country Sales Directors, PS Sales teams, EVB Factory/Mobility Segment team, Industry automation Sales Directors in countries. This role will develop and implement the Nordic EVB Factories growth strategy, develop our market shares at targeted end users and related EPCs & Process OEMs. This role will be recognised as the face of Schneider Electric Nordic to our EVB Factories customers. The Role will handle directly EVB Factories key end users accounts together with Power Systems Sales & Industry Sales in the countries.


Relevant skills and experiences

Successful track record of strategic account development, effective account management and ability to close significant deals, strong technical and sales expertise in Medium Voltage & Low voltage including digital software applications relating to industrial automation, energy management and energy automation hardware and software
Strategic & tactical mindset, proactively creating opportunities through consultative selling
Familiar with the processes, pain points, constraints and opportunities within Automotive & EVB factories segment
Existing relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels, with credibility and ‘walk-in’ rights,
Good capability to create strong relationships at C-suite and operational leadership levels,
Pragmatic, highly adaptable, agile and comfortable operating in a highly matrix environment which invariably presents ambiguous scenarios at times.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills will be complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills
