As Release Manager you will be part of the central coordinating and leading team regarding performance of 3rd line support for our customers. The assignment includes coordinating and leading investigations on complex errors, develop corrections for product issues as well as new enhancements for one or several customers.At your help you have a team of developers and testers, in Stockholm and in OMX¡ås offshore development centre in Delhi, India.The overall responsibility is to ensure that investigations and development of a release is done with high quality meeting agreed timelines with the end customer. The main point of contact for scope of releases is the 2nd line organization.New enhancements are ordered through 2nd line support and also dedicated Solution Team Managers for each customer.
