What´s in it for you?
At Analysis & Verification we are conducting the vast majority of CAE analysis, measurement and Tests related to Hybrid Powertrain development. Therefore, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) at Analysis and Verification (A&V) is assigned to take a major role in the overall testing at R&D.

What you´ll do
As RTE at A&V you will lead and have the ownership for short, mid and long-term test planning within R&D, including testing at external suppliers. In addition, you will lead the cross functional planning team with participants from Lab & Workshop, Analysis & Verification as well as HW and SW design teams.

With support from Product Owners and Project Leaders at A&V,  you will establish the test object need (AVB) within A&V, from project kick-off until final verification for all projects. The A&V RTE will have the full overview of all resources needed to match the verification needs and escalate questions regarding prioritization to R&D management when needed.
Another responsibility for you will be R&D expedition approval and control the associated budget for this activity.  you will provide R&D management with expedition planning as well as regular budget reports.

In the RTE role, you will be in charge for PI planning events, Release Train Engineer/Scrum Master sync meetings and facilitate regular planning events with Product Manager, Product owner and Scrum Master at A&V.  you will report directly to the Director at Analysis & Verification.

Do you fit the profile?
You have a MSc or equivalent experience in a relevant field as well as documented expertise and experience in complex planning. You have good understanding of complex technical development as well as combustion engine and hybrid powertrain technology.
You have successfully worked as manager or team leader previously and you are acknowledged for being a good presenter.
