What do we offer?
At Complete Software and Electronics (CSEi) we are integrating and testing the complete electrical system for new platforms and programs. We design rigs and are working with base technology integration, core system application integration, software and electronic domain integration all the way to a compete software and electronics delivery striving to maximize the test-value. We work with test strategies, enable continuous integration and operate the complete baseline. 

The mission of our agile release train is to:
•    Bring integration driven development and test into product creation to continuously demonstrate that we deliver the best electrical system in the automotive world
•    Secure a stable and robust electrical system for the new electrical platforms

We are now looking for a release train engineer to support our journey towards building a world class software test and integration community
As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be driving and organizing the Agile Release Train events and assist the teams in delivering value to the larger solution/system. You will assist the execution, feature/capability completion tracking and report status. You will drive relentless improvement and contribute to drive change throughout the whole solution. You will also drive to remove and escalate impediments, manage risk and help the ART to ensure delivered value.

You
•    Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART
•    Organize, drive and facilitate the PI planning event incl. Pre- and Post-PI planning
•    Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation and tracking by teams 
•    Help manage and reduce risks, dependencies and impediments 
•    Work with product and solution management, product owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
•    Define and facilitate the software integration flow

Who are you and what do you need to know?
You have a passion for coaching teams and people within embedded software systems and large-scale software development organizations. You have a strong people-centric view and can build and support strong empowered teams with a high level of competence. You can lead through people, listen and coach, and are motivated by creating new solutions together with cross-functional teams. You are creative, communicative, analytical, and curious and are driven by finding new ways forward by supporting your teams in delivering to the best of their ability.You seek to continuously improve the efficiency and drive the transformation to a digitalized way of working by moving from manual to data driven methods. You have the ability to lead change focusing on flow and ability to drive performance and improvements

You have: 
•    B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical, Data or Physics Engineering or equivalent. 
•    Minimum 3 years of experience within software development (eg Phyton, C++, Java, CAPL, C#) or software test background 
•    Minimum 8 years of experience within leading teams. 
•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agile leadership
