Renewals support representative Finnish:

Location: Ireland

General Overview: To sell support renewals to existing customers in assigned geographic area in line with revenue targets.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and data integrity.

Requirements

" Minimum 2 years work experience in customer services, sales or telesales in a multinational environment.
" Excellent administration, negotiation and presentation skills with great attention to detail
" Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written
" Ability to work independently with high motivation and self-direction.
" Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, demanding, rapidly changing environment.
" Ability to work well under pressure
" Excellent planning skills - ability to prioritise effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently
" High energy level, enthusiasm, flexibility and positive attitude
" Drive, tenacity and determination
" Team oriented - ability to contribute positively to team effort
" Excellent computer skills (MS Applications Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Desirable Skills/Aptitudes/Experience

" Experience in technology or software business environment, ideally US-based multi-national
" Previous Renewals Experience
" Good Understanding of end-to-end Order Fulfillment process and key interdependencies
" Relevant Third Level qualification
" Having worked in ERP environment previously
" Fluent Finnish and very good English
" MS Project, Visio, Crystal, Business Objects
