Report leader

We are seeking a structured and results-oriented Report Leader to lead and coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and delivery of project reports. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and transforming data from multiple technical disciplines to ensure high-quality reporting in line with established project standards.
You will work closely with engineering, planning, and cost control teams, as well as support senior consultants and the Report Manager, to ensure accurate, relevant, and timely operational and progress reporting across complex projects.
Qualifications
Vocational education and training (VET) or a University degree


4–10 years of relevant professional experience


Solid understanding of document management methodologies and reporting tools


Proven ability to support senior consultants in project delivery environments

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of data from multiple project disciplines


Prepare, update, and deliver technical, progress, and monitoring reports in accordance with established standards


Transform and present data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power BI Report Builder, and macros


Ensure report quality, consistency, accuracy, and on-time delivery to stakeholders


Support the Report Manager and senior consultants in the preparation of specialized reports


Analyze project cost trends and change orders, and propose strategic adjustments for optimization


Identify opportunities to improve and optimize reporting processes and workflows


Ensure full traceability of reported information, including proper documentation and storage

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Report Leader or similar reporting role


Proven experience working on large, complex projects


Strong expertise in data collection and validation, report generation, and data transformation


Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, macros, and document management tools


High attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a structured way of working
