We are now offering one person the opportunity to join our research department in a project management function as a Report Manager. Report Manager The research unit is the core of Universum's business and performs annual surveys and tailored research in over 40 countries - providing sales staff and clients with unique insights into the recruiting market. As a Report Manager, you will be responsible for managing the process, and securing quality and delivery of surveys and reports to our clients. We offer a potential for rapid development in an exciting market with highly demanding clients. Main responsibilities The Report Manager is the person overall responsible for delivering our annual surveys. Tasks include developing and communicating project plans, developing questionnaires and report's with the local sales staff, managing the process and securing quality in the end product. The role also includes project management, and supervising the work of Analysts, who will perform key steps of the production process, such as survey programming, data processing, and client report production. Initially, you will be responsible for our annual surveys, but as you develop and progress, your role will also include product development, tailored research and consulting. Within 2-3 years we expect you to have the skills to proceed to a full Consultant role, delivering tailored client projects in the Employer Branding area.
