In the team Workforce Planning & Scheduling we have a mission to optimize the utilization and efficiency of the workforce within the H&M group by combining forecasting and scheduling algorithms with an intuitive and modern interface for our colleagues in stores and offices around the globe. Now we are rolling out a new workforce management (WFM) tool to a wide range of countries. This means that working with requirements, of different kind, is crucial in order to have a product that works both globally and for specific countries.
Responsibilities
As a Requirement Analyst you will work with a variety of tasks, being in close communication with stakeholder all over the world. You will collect and document needs and requirements, work with specific system configurations, work closely with our vendors and organize and conduct workshops. All to create the best experience for our colleagues. You would also:
Address requirement questions to test, support and operation teams
Document requirements on reports
Together with vendor determine the best way to configure the system
Validate incoming issues, try to resolve or forward to vendor

As a Requirement Analyst you are an analytical, dedicated, structured, positive and self-driven person with a curious mindset aiming to reach your goals. We also believe you have:
Worked with requirements and capturing business needs
Experience from working with a standard solution and SaaS solutions.
Experience on workforce management software (Employee, Scheduling and Time & Attendance areas) or HR, Payroll systems.
Worked with distributed and/or offshore teams

It is also qualifying if you have experience of working in a larger, global organisation, if you have worked with scheduling previously or have any experience in Congos or Power BI.

Additional information
