About the position
We are looking for a Requirement Analyst to join our team in the Purchase Delivery Area in the Buying and Production Office (BOPO). We support the growing business with applications, tools, and processes.
You will join a key project and play an important role in re-designing the current move process, and creating an application that supports the current and future business needs.

As a Requirement Analyst you will contribute with your requirement gathering, analysis and detailing expertise, and work closely with your team in creating the best solution for Business. You will be in contact with different parts of the organization and the offshore vendor that develops the application. The application will be placed on a Microsoft Azure platform.

We seek an analytical person who can navigate in a complex environment. You will be challenged with gathering, analyzing and defining requirements, understanding how applications and processes are connected, and what role the application we build will have in the internal process flows.

We seek a team player and good communicator, with an eye for details but who does not forget the big picture. You need to be self-motivated and eager to solve uprising challenges. You are ambitious and stand with both feet on the ground.

We work in a rapidly changing environment that demands a lot from the applications and platforms we create. As a Requirement Analyst you need to be adaptable and understand these changes and needs.

 

About your tasks • Responsibility for requirement gathering, analysis and detailing
• Target group and need analysis
• IT and Business processes analysis, creation and mapping
• Responsibility for information models
• User Story creation
• Documentation, e.g. user guides, system documentation, requirement specifications, process documentation and training material
• Communication with various stakeholders such as offshore team, Business, project management, architects, testers, etc.
• Quality assurance


Specific competence • Requirement gathering, analysis and detailing skills
• IT and Business processes analysis, creation and mapping skills
• Information modelling skills
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Swedish
• Experience from using Jira and ServiceNow tools
• Good knowledge of Office 365
