Responsibilities: * Requirement analysis from customer view * Describe customer requirement in feature * Prioritize requirements to find valuable customer requirement * Teach team to use requirement prioritization method Qualifications: * More than 10 years direct experience with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. * Good at Focal Point or other requirement prioritization method * Understanding the customer's business and how to describe the customer's requirement Others * Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. * Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization). * Must welcome challenges. * Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
