Research Analyst to Spencer Stuart

Spencer Stuart's business is growing and we are looking to hire a Research Analyst to our office which is located very centrally in Stockholm.



Arbetsbeskrivning

As a Research Analyst, you will have a key role in our team. You will be responsible for surveying and identifying senior executives in an international environment. You will also be responsible for expanding your knowledge of industries and companies, and to continuously keep yourself updated regarding candidates and talents over a broad sector. Depending on your experience you will be expected to take on greater responsibility in the projects.
Many of our assignments take place on a European or global level, where we often work in teams with colleagues from our other offices around the world. We offer you favorable conditions in a professional and dynamic working environment.

Kvalifikationer och egenskaper

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in business. You are either recently graduated or have a few years’ work experience behind you, preferably in a role where you managed a lot of external contacts. You have a university degree, preferably in economics, and have a very good knowledge of Swedish and English both orally and in writing.
Characteristics that we value are: you are analytical, communicative, curious and structured. We believe that you are results-oriented, motivated, a team player and that you have a well-developed sense of detail and language. You have a great interest in organizational and strategic issues and have a natural ability to create confidence among your colleagues through your analytical capacity, reliability and your focus on quality.
