WE ARE IMPATIENTLY EXPANDING AND ARE NOW RECRUITING FOR TWO: Research Analysts to our Production Team The research department is the core of Universum?s business and conducts annual surveys amongst students and professionals in 31 countries around the world.Information from these surveys is turned into more than 1,000 client specific reports on the talent market.The research department also conducts tailored research and provides consulting services for a number of prestigious clients around the world.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a member of the production team you will work within the production process of our annual surveys and be part of our Global center of Excellence.Initially, your tasks will consist of survey programming, data processing and report production; you will be the specialist in our internally built report system and work closely to our experienced product managers.As you progress, your role will expand to include more highly demand market analysis and survey development.We are looking for efficient, thorough people, interested in figures and with extensive computer skills.The ideal candidate has an educational background that includes statistics and/or IT.
