The research unit is the core of Universum's business and produces over 1,000 client specific reports annually on all our markets. We offer a potential for rapid development in an exiting market with highly demanding clients. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES You will become an expert on Universum's survey process and production systems. Your role is to support the Report Managers in key steps of the production process, such as survey programming, data processing, analysis, and client report production. Initially your tasks will be well defined, but as you progress, your role will be expanded to include client/market contact and analysis. Within 2-3 years we expect you to have the skills to proceed to Report Manager, with full responsibility for report projects. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE . Academic degree in business or technology . Knowledge of basic statistics . Interest in research and Employer Branding . Fluency in Swedish and English; other languages are desirable . Excellent computer skills . Experience in programming is desirable but not required . Experience in market research, and statistical programs such as SPSS and/or ConfirmIt is desirable but not required PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS .
