You understand the implications of software behaviour and how it affects the user and the system.Legitimate services, system files, processes and registry structures are not a mystery to you.Sitting in a virtualized environment with analysis tools at hand, is something you find both stimulating and rewarding.We expect you to be a natural multi-tasker with the communication skills that are necessary to work closely with members of other departments.

Essential

Excellent knowledge of Windows, especially registry
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent spoken and written English
