MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES You will be in charge of regional research & consulting projects and provide ad-value research advice and consultation from client briefing, proposal writing, questionnaire/discussion guide design, analysis to report writing and presentation.You will work closely with clients and provide consulting service to maintain a good relationship with clients and develop new business leads.Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of researchers, manage performance of team members, ensure work productivity and quality, develop the team capability and provide coaching and training.You will cooperate closely with local sales teams and the global consulting team. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - 5 years+ solid experience in market research or consulting - Strong written/verbal communications skills in English - Excellent command of PC skills (MS Office, other Analytical Tools etc.) PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Possess good communication, interpersonal skills - Team orientated and strong leadership skills - Logical and insightful thinking and willing to work under pressure independently ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - You will be based at our local office in Shanghai in China.
