The research department is the core of Universum's business and conducts annual surveys among students in 30 countries around the world. Information from these surveys is turned into more than 1,000 client specific reports on the talent market. The research department also conducts tailored research and provides consulting services for a number of prestigious clients around the world. Main responsibilities Your role will consist of two parts. One is to handle the order delivery function. This role includes running and delivering research reports according to client specifications, and also includes direct customer contact in order to clarify these specifications. The other part is to support and assist the Global Director of Research in her daily work, such as planning, preparing presentations and being responsible for sales tracking. You are confident in handling many tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE . Excellent oral and written communication skills. . Skillfull in using PowerPoint and Excel. .
