Reservations & Sales Agent

Ethiopian Airlines started operation in 1946, has since grown to
have the largest route network in Africa and is the only African Airline serving Scandinavia with direct flights. Ethiopian wide-body passenger flight operates four times weekly from Arlanda to Addis Ababa (via Rome). From its hub in Addis Ababa Ethiopian connects to 30 International destinations on African continent.

The duties include direct and telephone customer and agency contact when making reservations sales and ticketing for flights on Ethiopian Airlines. Administrative duties connected with reservations and ticket sales activity and developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. You will be working in a group of Ethiopian Airlines employees and from time to time you may be required to support others in their various areas of responsibility.

Diploma or degree from recognized institution. English and Swedish languages, both spoken and written. Self-motivated, flexible and willing to travel on duty, able to meet short deadlines and work under pressure with good attention to detail and good customer contact skills. Suitable candidate should be able to manage several tasks at the same time, have good administration skills including familiarity with MS office
programs. Work experience in airline industry in reservations in sales related field and knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems is expected.
