Reservoir engineer

SPE is looking to recruit a reservoir engineer with experience from prospect evaluation as well as field evaluation. The work will comprise the optimization of strategies for our producing fields as well as the prediction of production characteristics and rates in connection with exploration prospect evaluations and acquisitions. The reservoir engineer will also, in conjunction with our Business Development team, participate in he economic evaluation of assets. The candidates to the above positions will have a University degree or equivalent education. He or she will have the ability to work within project groups and manage project groups. Flexibility and willingness to work in a small but committed organization is essential. The positions are located in Svenska Petroleum Exploration's office in Stockholm. For all positions the activities will comprise any geographical area where the company has interests and it may be necessary to work periodically in either of the other offices, in London or Oslo. It will be necessary to travel to countries where the company has activities, like West Africa.
